Refund policy

 

At Amphora Clothing, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an error on our end, we offer a refund or exchange policy within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached and no signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect items sent or defective merchandise.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If the original form of payment is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card), a store credit will be issued.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow the return button at the bottom of our website or contact our customer service team at amphora.london@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process the refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
